It's true! Laughing lowers our stress levels, boosts our immune system, makes us feel connected to others, helps alleviate chronic pain and is basic internal exercise at it's best.
Did you know that by a time a kid reaches nursery school, he or she will laugh about 300 times a day? Guess how many times an adult laughs. It's about 17.
